To return items, please contact us on [email protected] or by phone on 880-17 1703 1764 to let us know.
We’ll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resalable condition and within 3 days from the date of purchase. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.
If an item ordered from us is faulty or damaged when it arrives to you, then you can, of course, return it free of charge within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
If you change your mind about an item, you can do so within 3 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact the Sadagar Customer Care Team either through the message section of your online account, by email or by phone on 880-17 1703 1764 to register your return within that timeframe. We will issue a full refund for the item once it has been returned to us.
Sadagar Online Shop Gift Certificates are non-transferable, valid for one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable on the Sadagar website. They cannot be redeemed for cash. After a purchase has been made, any balance remaining will be retained as a credit on the same online account associated with your initial order. Refunds for items purchased using Sadagar Online Shop Gift Certificates will also be in the form of credit with sadagar.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.
